Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum technical degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role in cement or industrial plant.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work independently.
• Knowledge of plant equipment maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Lead scheduling meetings with mechanics and supervisors.
• Develop and maintain standard job plans.
• Maintain equipment history and blueprints.
• Assist in budget preparation for maintenance projects.
