Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, is seeking a Plant Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance excellence initiatives at our cement facilities in the United States. You will drive reliability improvements, develop PdM strategies, and mentor maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and safety.

You'll collaborate with operations to implement RCA, PM optimization, and KPI analyses, ensuring robust asset performance and cost-effective reliability programs across the plant network.

Qualifications

• Experience applying reliability practices to heavy industrial machinery.
• Ability to analyze data to improve KPI metrics.
• Proven problem-solving in maintenance planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability initiatives within Maintenance Excellence Process (MEP).
• Develop and implement PdM and NDT strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams and contractors.
• Prepare CAPEX justifications and cost avoidance reports.
• Mentor PdM technicians.
