Job summary

DFA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to provide direction and supervision of the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operation of plant assets. You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate work orders, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Responsibilities include managing outages, ensuring documentation in CMMS, and supporting root-cause analysis for equipment issues while coordinating with inventory for spare parts.

Qualifications

• 1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2. 2–5 years in maintenance with leadership or supervisory experience.
• 3. Experience following safety policies and procedures; licenses may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to maintenance staff; prioritize daily jobs and coordinate work orders.
• Implement and oversee predictive/preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Utilize ERP/CMMS to plan tasks with time, parts, and job descriptions; track downtime and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure staff understands work practices and procedures and stay current with industry regulations.
