Job summary

DFA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for midshift (Noon - 9:00 pm) to oversee daily maintenance of production equipment, building systems, and grounds. You will manage a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians, schedule work orders, and drive reliability of assets to meet production goals.

This role emphasizes safety, cost control, and continuous improvement, including preventive maintenance, 5S, and coordination with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or technical degree.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
• English reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Mechanics and Electrical Technicians.
• Schedule maintenance activities with hourly staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S standards.
• Manage department budget and track expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.
