Prysmian in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site’s maintenance function, drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, and mentor a skilled team across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will own preventive maintenance programs, manage CAPEX projects, control budgets, and ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and quality standards while sustaining high uptime and production efficiency.

Work Location: Williamsport, PA
Work Schedule: 10 hours/day M-F with occasional night/weekend support.
As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the site’s Maintenance function and play a key role in ensuring our equipment, facilities, and operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you will oversee both reactive and proactive maintenance activities, build and manage planned maintenance schedules, and ensure work is completed on time and to high standards.
You will drive continuous improvement across the site by improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, enhancing project execution, and supporting key operational KPIs. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity where you will mentor and develop a skilled maintenance team, establish best practices and standard procedures, and help create a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the site’s facilities, equipment, layout, and production machinery operate at optimal efficiency and reliability. This role will oversee both preventative maintenance programs and the effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and automation‑related breakdowns, including software programming support when required.
In addition to driving equipment performance and minimizing downtime, the Maintenance Manager will lead and develop the maintenance team, manage departmental priorities, and oversee budgetary planning, cost control, and reporting. This is a key leadership role focused on supporting safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing operations.
