Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 2-year technical college degree or certificate in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing a maintenance staff.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and large machinery maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance management systems; Manager Plus preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, standardized, and efficient operation of all plant equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and audits of plant performance.
• Set maintenance schedules to minimize disruption to production.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently, coordinating with engineering when needed.
• Oversee water/energy use and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate with market center management on resolutions and timing.
• Lead maintenance staff hiring, placement, and development where applicable.
