Qualifications

• 2-year technical college degree or certificate in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience managing a maintenance staff.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and large machinery maintenance; industrial experience preferred.
• Experience with maintenance management systems; Manager Plus preferred.
• Ability to read maintenance literature.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, standardized operation and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Develop and follow maintenance schedules to minimize production disruption.
• Oversee water/energy use and cost-effective conservation.
• Coordinate with Market Center Management and Engineering teams.
• Hire, place, and manage maintenance staff where applicable.
• Perform repairs safely and coordinate external vendors when needed.
• Audit equipment operation for safety and compliance.
