Responsibilities

• Safety - create and support a culture of adherence to corporate standardization in support of production, financial and safety goals.
• Maintenance management - perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and visually audit plant performance.
• Establish maintenance schedule for plant equipment to ensure timely operation without production disruption.
• Oversee repairs to restore equipment or facility to operating conditions.
• Coordinate with engineering and market center management on resolutions and timing.
