Idaho Milk Products is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Department, guiding staff and coordinating repair and preventive maintenance with production goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of production processes, budgeting, vendor relations, and safety. You’ll ensure PMCS adherence and oversee plant utilities and infrastructure to support uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in mechanical/industrial field.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience leading maintenance teams.
• Experience with PMCS scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Department and coach staff to meet production goals.
• Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize uptime.
• Manage maintenance budget, purchasing, and vendor relations.
