Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's maintenance and reliability strategy to maximize uptime and drive cost effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Establish equipment criticality and maintenance strategies based on risk and impact.
• Lead planning and scheduling to improve work execution and labor utilization.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and lifecycle planning with vendors.
