Job summary

Daily's Premium Meats in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance and reliability strategy, maximizing equipment uptime and reducing operating costs. You will drive continuous improvement via root cause analysis, performance metrics, and spare parts optimization, while partnering with Operations, Quality, and Safety to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant performance.

Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Lead the plant's maintenance and reliability strategy to maximize uptime and drive cost effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Establish equipment criticality and maintenance strategies based on risk and impact.
Lead planning and scheduling to improve work execution and labor utilization.
Manage spare parts, inventory, and lifecycle planning with vendors.
