Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager, Site Support, to oversee daily maintenance operations, including utilities systems and safety compliance. You will lead a skilled team, manage parts and fabrication, and develop in-house training to提升 reliability.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance with leadership experience, expertise in steam, refrigeration, and electrical systems, and strong CMMS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in maintenance with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environment preferred.
• Experience managing utilities systems (steam, refrigeration, air, water).
• Proven ability to lead training programs and develop in-house curricula.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on disposition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across Nampa, Idaho plants and supervise a skilled team.
• Manage utilities systems: steam, ammonia refrigeration, air compressors, dryers, and water systems.
• Lead parts procurement, shop activities, and fabrication of custom components to improve reliability.
• Develop and deliver in-house training to upskill the maintenance team and reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, FDA), and environmental practices.
• Drive process improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities across multiple sites to optimize performance.
