Job summary

You will coach team leads, develop maintenance plans, and drive improvements in PM routes and equipment history. The position emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams and adherence to food-safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent or 4 years' experience.
• Able to write reports and business correspondence.
• Able to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Proficient PC skills including email, record keeping, databases, word processing, spreadsheets.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to interpret instructions and solve practical problems.
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Maintenance Team Leads with all duties.
• Schedule maintenance staff and equipment repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records on all equipment.
• Ensure plant meets USDA, EPA, GRMS, OSHA, and LOTO standards.
• Provide timely planning of work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Lead improvements to optimize maintenance routes and plant reliability.
• On-call facility support and safety compliance.
