Our client in Twin Falls, Idaho seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all plant maintenance activities and ensure manufacturing equipment, systems, and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role focuses on maximizing uptime, minimizing downtime, and supporting plant objectives through strategic maintenance planning.

The Maintenance Manager will supervise and develop the maintenance team while partnering with Production, Engineering, Quality and Safety to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance supervisory/management in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant maintenance operations and personnel.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Investigate failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and Safety to improve equipment performance.
• Manage maintenance budget, parts, vendors, and contractor relationships.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of maintenance staff.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, safety, and cost reduction.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
