Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly staff, perform PMs.
• Communicate shift handoffs and prepare next shift.
• Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift.
• Use SAP to review PM orders and update notifications.
• Lead small maintenance projects and plan next-day activities.
• Conduct employee reviews and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Perform critical process inspections and PM verifications.
