Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in Lewiston, ME is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance teams, run preventive maintenance, and collaborate with plant leadership to ensure safety and quality.

You will review parts requests, use SAP for work orders, coach technicians, and drive on-shift performance. Salary range is $75,000–$80,000 per year with benefits; apply by 9/10/2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor, on shift: schedule and manage hourly, execute PMs, and manage line calls.
• Communicate oncoming shift preparation/meeting with previous and next shifts.
• Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift (Parts Tag Receipt).
• Utilize SAP to review work request notifications, PM orders, and update breakdown notifications.
• Execute small scale maintenance projects and supervise technicians.
