Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is desired; high school diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage superintendents and maintenance projects.
• Plan CapEx and MRO annual budgets and forecasting.
• Develop employees and succession planning.
• Review RCA for inventory variances in SAP reports.
• Review spare parts stock levels.
• Attend plant operation meetings and vendor meetings.
• Oversee P&L reviews for maintenance spend.
• Conduct preventive maintenance program assessments.
