Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance programs, quality assurance, and staff development.
• Knowledge of industrial operations and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage superintendents and projects: small scale maintenance project planning.
• Oversee CapEx program and MRO annual planning and forecasting.
• Lead employee development and succession planning.
• Review reports in SAP and conduct RCA of variances.
• Oversee financial review and maintenance spend reporting.
