Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members and tasks to ensure personal safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Execute and champion Precision Maintenance techniques with procedural compliance.
• Identify and implement reliability and performance improvement projects.
• Coordinate maintenance and reliability training for team personnel.
• Lead technical troubleshooting tasks and support plant personnel in a teaching environment.
• Manage, document and report maintenance through CMMS; ensure accuracy of SAP data.
