Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance department to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Supervise contractors on site ensuring safety and GMP compliance.
• Balance maintenance initiatives with plant business strategies during shifts.
• Assist budgeting and planning for capital and operating budgets.
• Utilize CMMS and SAP data for maintenance reporting and decision making.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, KPI tracking, and scheduling data.
• Coordinate with planning to deploy personnel cost-effectively.
• Uphold safety policies and plant quality standards.
