Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Klingerstown, PA plant to lead reliability, safety, and asset health on the shift.

You will manage maintenance and reliability activities, mentor frontline teams, and partner with plant operations to drive continuous improvement in equipment performance. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field, minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in industrial operations, and familiarity with SAP and PLC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial ops.
• CMRP certification preferred; SAP and PLC familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team to improve safety, quality, and reliability.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with food safety and GMPs.
• Manage maintenance metrics and coordinate with planning and budgeting.
• Support root cause analysis and reliability programs for asset health.
