Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. in Chaska, Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Lead to deliver maintenance and reliability leadership across the plant. You will champion preventive and corrective maintenance, align with the MFI ARM team and plant staff, and ensure work orders are planned and executed to improve asset health and safety.

You will also drive training, reporting, and adherence to food safety, GMPs, and quality standards while maintaining strong collaboration with operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• SMRP membership is a plus.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Champion preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Identify and implement reliability improvement projects.
• Manage maintenance training and mentor personnel.
• Ensure proper use of CMMS for planning, scheduling and reporting.
