Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Anderson, SC facility’s maintenance function, ensuring safe, reliable operation of production equipment and utilities while driving uptime and OEE improvements.

You will lead a maintenance team, implement preventive/predictive programs, manage CMMS, and guide capital projects, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.
• Multi-craft maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC and automation systems.
• Experience with CMMS platforms, maintenance planning, and work-order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and develop performance expectations and development plans.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Manage CMMS planning, scheduling, and work orders.
• Monitor KPIs: uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns.
• Oversee equipment, electrical, HVAC, utilities and facility infrastructure maintenance.
• Support TPM, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and capital projects.
