H. T. PROF Group, a global manufacturing leader, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for its Anderson, South Carolina facility.

You will lead the maintenance function, ensuring safe, reliable operation of production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure while driving uptime, OEE, and continuous improvement across the site. You will manage a multi-craft maintenance team, develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based programs, and coordinate maintenance planning, shutdowns, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
Experience with plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or automotive manufacturing desirable.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work orders via CMMS.
Monitor KPIs: uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns to minimize downtime.
Oversee maintenance of equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, utilities, and facilities.
Drive TPM and continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and cost savings.
Support automation, equipment upgrades, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Participate in capital projects for new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
