Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for our Anderson, South Carolina manufacturing facility. You will lead maintenance across production equipment, utilities, and facilities, driving uptime, OEE, and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong leadership, CMMS expertise, and a track record of reducing downtime and costs. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/electrical background, experience with blow molding/injection molding, and a demonstrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven maintenance leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with plastics/automation and PM/CBM practices.
• Strong CMMS use, maintenance planning, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team with clear performance expectations.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Manage CMMS-based planning, scheduling, and work orders.
• Monitor uptime, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budgets, spare-parts inventory, and contractor management.
