Job summary

Human Capital Ventures seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for our Anderson, SC facility. You will lead the maintenance function to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, and facilities, while driving uptime, OEE, and continuous improvement.

You will manage preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs, oversee CMMS-based planning, and coordinate capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent technical training/experience considered.
• Proven maintenance leadership in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or automotive manufacturing desirable.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning, work-order management, and records.
• Proven ability to improve equipment reliability, uptime, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and planned maintenance.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and contractor safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with clear performance expectations and succession planning.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work orders via CMMS.
• Monitor KPIs: equipment uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns to minimize production disruption.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, utilities, and facilities.
• Support automation, upgrades, and Industry 4.0 initiatives where appropriate.
• Participate in capital projects from evaluation to commissioning and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
