Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at its Anderson, South Carolina facility. You will drive reliability across production equipment, utilities, and facilities while leading the maintenance team to maximize uptime and OEE.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and CMMS work orders, participate in capital projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Proven maintenance leadership in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or automotive manufacturing desirable.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Multi-craft maintenance: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC & automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team with clear performance goals and succession plans.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS work orders.
• Monitor KPIs: uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and coordinate shutdowns to minimize disruption.
