Job summary

Smithfield Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across the plant, ensuring preventive maintenance, repairs, and reliability of critical equipment. You will drive maintenance planning, execution, and KPI reporting to maximize production uptime.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree with 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; implement TPM and SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards; document maintenance activities.
