Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and the powerhouse. You will oversee predictive and preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety programs to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

You will develop maintenance systems, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with USDA regulations, while driving continuous improvement and strong team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, repairs, and training.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with Production for repairs and TPM/SOPs.
• Develop KPIs and provide status reports to maintenance management.
