Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee cost-effective, timely maintenance for all equipment and processes in the Processing Maintenance and Refrigeration departments. You will direct and support maintenance teams, coordinate with contractors and engineering, and help resolve technical problems.

Responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance training program, assisting in budgets, scheduling, and ensuring parts and assets are available and maintained.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Familiar with PSM and RMP programs.
• Hazmat physical clearance up to level four.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan cost effective, timely maintenance for all equipment and processes.
• Coordinate maintenance supervisors/personnel; work with contractors/vendors/engineering.
• Maintain maintenance training program; assist budgets; manage schedules and parts.
• Provide information for managerial decisions; ensure asset readiness and coverage.
