Job summary

The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance, respond to equipment issues during shifts, and ensure accurate record-keeping. A Lock Out Tag Out certification and at least 1 year of mechanical experience or completion of an industrial maintenance program are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year mechanical work experience or completion of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Lock Out Tag Out certification is required.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for up to 12 hours per day.
• Resume required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
• Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
• Support production in addressing equipment problems during shift.
• Handle all mechanical problems that may arise.
• Ensure work area is clean at all times.
• Record keeping and attention to detail.
