Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee cost-effective, timely maintenance for processing equipment and refrigeration systems. You will lead maintenance supervisors, coordinate with contractors, and support training and budgeting to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to delegate, and strong problem-solving skills to maintain safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Maintenance Supervision experience.
• Familiar with PSM and RMP programs.
• Tyson Boiler license preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a level four (4) hazmat physical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan maintenance execution for equipment/processes in Maintenance and Refrigeration departments.
• Coordinate and support maintenance supervisors and personnel; work with contractors/vendors.
• Assist in budgeting and maintain maintenance training programs for team members.
• Ensure parts and assets are available and maintained; provide information for managerial decisions.
