Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance technician for the 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all equipment in the assigned area. You will identify required parts and services, complete work orders on time, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of industrial maintenance experience and be able to handle the physical demands of the role in a noisy, variable-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months industrial maintenance experience.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and keep machinery running to meet production goals.
• Identify parts, supplies and services needed and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Work in a cold, hot, wet, dusty and noisy environment while following Tyson policies.
