CRH's Oldcastle division is hiring a Plant Operator to operate line equipment in Greensboro, NC. You will follow safety policies to produce a quality product and support daily production targets.

The role requires reading job specs, performing routine maintenance, and lifting up to 70 lbs. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–6 months related experience in trades.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments.
• Monitor dryer operation and adjust parameters.
• Perform daily startup and routine maintenance.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Complete labor tasks as assigned.
• Support other duties as needed.
