Job summary

FNS, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receipts, storage, and production line support. You will ensure accurate inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have solid understanding of logistics, WMS experience, and be bilingual in Korean and English; leadership experience is preferred. This full-time role offers a night shift allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and inventory control.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean and Kaizen.
• Proficient with reporting in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving processes and ensure quantity and condition accuracy.
• Place materials in assigned storage locations accurately and efficiently.
• Manage storage, labeling, and internal material flow.
• Deliver materials to production lines as instructed and support production schedules.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure on-time schedule adherence.
• Summarize daily operational status and assist in preparing reports.
• Track daily metrics and identify inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
