Job summary

FNS, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, material storage, and production line support.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage shipments, and lead a team while maintaining safety and engaging in continuous improvement. Bilingual Korean and English required; base pay ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 plus night shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and material flow management.
• Experience supervising and leading warehouse teams.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving processes and ensure quantity and condition accuracy.
• Deliver materials to production lines and support schedules.
• Manage storage, labeling and internal material flow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with counts and audits.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
