Job summary

FNS, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an organized and proactive warehouse operations specialist to oversee inbound receiving, material storage, and production line support.

You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate outbound shipments, and ensure on-time material delivery to production schedules. Applicants should have strong logistics knowledge, experience supervising warehouse teams, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory control, and material flow management.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean processes, and Kaizen improvement activities.
• Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving and storage of materials, ensuring accuracy and condition.
• Deliver materials to production lines and support production schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in safety training.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and summarize daily operational status; track KPIs and identify inefficiencies.
