Job summary

FNS, Inc. is a Phoenix-based logistics company seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage inbound receiving, storage, and material flow, while coordinating production line support and inventory control.

The role requires strong logistics knowledge and leadership capabilities, including bilingual proficiency in Korean and English. You will oversee warehouse activities, ensure accuracy of shipments, and help track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Understanding of logistics operations and inventory control.
Familiarity with KPI tracking, Lean and Kaizen.
Experience supervising warehouse teams.
Strong WMS knowledge.
Proficient in MS Office; able to generate reports.
Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

Inbound & Material Receiving & Storage: oversee receiving processes, ensure quantity and condition accuracy, place materials in storage locations, manage storage and internal flow.
Production Line Support: deliver materials to production lines, ensure timely supply, monitor consumption, coordinate with production teams.
Inventory Control: conduct cycle counts, report discrepancies, maintain accuracy.
Safety: follow safety guidelines and training.
Additional Duties: review shipping instructions, communicate with on-site teams, prepare reports, track KPIs and identify inefficiencies.
