FNS, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Specialist to manage warehouse data systems, optimize WMS operations, and ensure inventory accuracy.

The role requires hands-on experience with WMS, data analysis, Excel, and scan-based technology (PDA/RF scanners), plus strong warehouse operations knowledge and temp workforce coordination. bilingual Korean and English preferred is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
• Warehouse operations experience is preferred.
• Experience working with handheld scanners (PDA/RF Scanner).
• Experience analyzing operational or inventory data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report daily warehouse metrics, inventory accuracy, and productivity data.
• WMS & Systems Support: Maintain and optimize the WMS for daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Scanning & Hardware Operations: Manage handheld scanning equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
• Warehouse Labor Coordination: Support daily operations and coordinate temporary workforce schedules.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven SOP improvements.
