Job summary

FNS, INC is seeking a seasoned Warehouse/Inventory Specialist to optimize inventory control, coordinate shuttle activities, and ensure seamless material flow across multiple sites. The role requires diligent use of FIFO methods, accurate reporting, and collaboration with production teams to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehousing or logistics, strong knowledge of WMS and SAP, and the ability to work flexible hours, including overnight inventory closes when

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in warehouse, inventory, material control or logistics operations.
• Experience with FIFO inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Bilingual in Korean is required; authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal warehouse inventory using FIFO and established control procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, movements, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with external warehouse partners to review POs and shuttle quantities.
• Respond to customer inventory and material management requests and provide stock reports.
• Verify and process material receipts, issues, transfers in WMS and SAP.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes and provide training to staff.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
