Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Plant Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact at the customer facility, ensuring smooth product installation, material flow, and issue resolution. You will work closely with customer representatives and plant leadership to uphold quality, service, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with material handling, production flow, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Familiarity with Company systems, SOPs, process documentation, and flowcharts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and follow through on commitments to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Communicate with customer representatives, plant leadership, and cross-functional teams to keep information flowing.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and coordinate practical solutions that minimize production disruptions.
• Monitor product installation, material flow, quality concerns, and documentation with close attention to detail.
• Apply knowledge of manufacturing operations to support efficient, uninterrupted workflows.
