Voltava in Michigan is seeking a Plant Liaison to serve as the primary customer-facing contact at the client site. You will nurture relationships, monitor installation and material flow, and coordinate issue resolution with customer representatives and Voltava plant leadership to minimize production disruptions.

The role requires at least three years in manufacturing, with experience in material handling or production flow and familiarity with SOPs and process documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Three years minimum in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with material handling, production flow, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Familiarity with company systems, SOPs, process documentation, and flowcharts preferred.

• Serve as primary point of contact between Voltava and customers at the customer site.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely communication of issues.
• Monitor installation, material flow, quality concerns, and documentation to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams to maintain operations.
