Voltava is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team, drive production process improvements, and ensure alignment with customer requirements. You will supervise multiple disciplines, manage budgets, and champion a culture of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Strong background in process improvement and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team to deliver, support and maintain production processes.
• Interpret customer engineering requirements and drive improvements.
• Monitor leading indicators and remove blockers to improve performance.
• Develop goals for the department aligned with operations targets.
• Create risk mitigation plans with suppliers and internal teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation and safety.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and assets for the engineering group.
• Lead Kaizen activities and provide engineering support across functions.
• Ensure maintenance, calibration, and change processes are followed.
