Job summary

Dauch Corporation, based in Detroit and operating globally, seeks a Manufacturing IT System Administrator to keep plant IT operations secure, stable, and efficient at our Indiana facility. You will support Plex, Ignition, production monitoring systems and industrial networks, partnering with Manufacturing Engineering to maintain uptime.

The role requires hands-on IT administration, incident resolution, and project involvement, with a focus on aligning with DAUCH IT standards and supporting

Qualifications

• IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent IT qualification.
• Hands-on IT administration experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Team-oriented approach and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, client devices, printers, and storage systems.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and components.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for office and production employees.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via IT ticketing system.
• Lead or participate in IT implementation and optimization projects.
• Procure, install, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
• Support manufacturing and production IT systems.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and corporate IT teams.
• Ensure adherence to DAUCH IT policies, standards, and security requirements.
