Job summary

CS Power Systems, a fast-growing division of Canadian Solar, seeks an IT Manager in Indiana to lead and optimize plant IT infrastructure. You will coordinate IT services with production, manage day-to-day operations, and drive cybersecurity and OT integration to support manufacturing goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT within manufacturing, strong network and systems expertise, and a track record of leading large IT projects in a production environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and manufacturing operations.
• Maintain plant IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations at the site (computers, printers, scanners).
• Oversee IT strategies, upgrades, migrations and vendor coordination.
• Lead IT projects from planning through deployment.
• Support digital factory initiatives and OT integration.
