Job summary

Datwyler seeks an IT Analyst to serve as the local liaison for plant IT operations and to coordinate with global IT support. You will provide on-site support for desktops, printers, and plant-floor devices while aligning with corporate security standards during incidents, upgrades and deployments.

The role covers MES, SAP integrations, SCADA, and other manufacturing tech, with cross-functional collaboration and after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years IT support experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with MES, SAP integrations, SCADA or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary local IT contact at the manufacturing site and coordinate with global IT teams.
• Provide hands-on support for desktops, printers, and plant-floor technologies.
• Support MES, SAP, SCADA, LIMS and other manufacturing systems and data flow.
• Assist with network, server, and device upgrades, patches, and security measures.
• Communicate incidents, outages, and project status to stakeholders; support governance.
