Dauch Corporation invites applications for a Maintenance Technician to support the plant through repair, replacement, and renewal of equipment. You will perform tasks within the scope of the General Maintenance position, complete required documentation, and maintain a clean shop and work areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum score of 70% on knowledge test or completion of approved apprenticeship program
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Forklift License, articulated scissor lift license and Genie Boom
• Coordination for eye/muscular work required

Responsabilités

• Follow health, safety and environmental practices and preventative measures.
• Follow rules and procedures.
• Electrical/Robotics: troubleshoot, install circuits, monitor PLC programs, maintain distribution system.
• Millright: move, level, verify readiness to run.
• Hydraulics: resolve system problems and install components as needed.
• Machine Rebuilding: execute trade skills on assigned project areas.
• Preventative Maintenance: perform PMs and document them.
• Trouble Shooting: perform failure analysis and document results.
• Reports on Maintenance Technician work: provide accurate work orders, drive forklift safely, complete operator lift truck checks, change propane tanks, charge batteries, participate in Continuous Improvement and training.
