Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an IT System Administrator to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of plant IT systems. The role supports production uptime and manufacturing operations, working closely with Manufacturing Engineering to keep systems running smoothly.

The position requires IT and manufacturing know-how, with responsibilities across server administration, network support, and IT project involvement while maintaining compliance with DAUCH IT standards.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar IT qualification.
• Relevant hands-on IT administration experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, client devices, printers, and storage systems
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and network components
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for office and production employees
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system
• Lead or participate in IT implementation and optimization projects
• Procure, install, configure, and deploy hardware and software
• Support manufacturing and production‑related IT systems
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and corporate IT teams
• Ensure adherence to DAUCH IT policies, standards, and security requirements
