American Axle & Mfg., Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain manufacturing and facilities equipment to ensure safety, reliability and production performance.
Responsibilities include developing and executing PM/PdM programs, supporting continuous improvement projects, training operators in autonomous maintenance, and utilizing CMMS to track work orders and parts.

d.training to operators on basic maintenance skills in order to develop a true Autonomous Maintenance system
