Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Manufacturing IT Tech for our North Vernon, IN site to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of plant IT systems. You will support Plex, Ignition, and production monitoring systems, and manage industrial networks to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on IT administration, collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, and the ability to resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime while following IT policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar IT qualification.
• Hands-on IT administration experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, client devices, printers, and storage systems.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and components.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for office and production employees.
• Lead or participate in IT implementation and optimization projects.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and corporate IT teams.
• Ensure adherence to DAUCH IT policies, standards, and security requirements.
