Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Team and Operations Manager in daily machine repair and uptime tasks. The role involves diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics and blueprints, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.

The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency in PLEX, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Formación

• High attention to detail and ability to work with little direction
• Proficiency in PLEX
• Ability to use computer terminals, gauges, calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality documents and blueprints
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate with team verbally and by e-mail

Responsabilidades

• Mechanical repair: diagnose, fix and maintain machinery and equipment
• Electrical troubleshooting: read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Basic welding tasks using appropriate tools
• Inspect hydraulic systems and perform leak detection and repairs
• Inspect pneumatic systems for leaks and pressure levels
• Perform preventative maintenance to monitor and inspect equipment
• Read and understand blueprints
• Coordinate with contractors or vendors
• Operate forklift, scissor lift and articulating boom lift
• Communicate with associates across departments in a respectful manner
• Use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Perform basic math tasks as required
• Follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve problems with multiple variables
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
